ManAge´s field of competence is change processes, both individual, in teams and in organizations. We are a Swedish based company operating in a network of associates from around the world. ManAge is led by Lina Skantze.
Lina Skantze is a professional coach and management consultant. She has a broad range of experience including leadership, team development, sales & marketing and business development.
Lina has previously worked as CEO, VP HR and VP Marketing. Apart from her operational experiences she has evaluated business opportunities in entrepreneurial settings and developed and implemented structures and strategies in various fields of business.
*Master of Philosophy, International Executive MBA, Bachelor of Science in social work with a focus on diverse cultures. Trained in brief coaching and solution focus method by Insoo Kim Berg.
