The role of the imaginative in organizational change

Based on recent brain research, pedagogy and theories of social construction this seminar explores how change processes are influenced by the human capacity to create inner images.

To co-construct and share mental images in a group or an organization is a tool for planning and acting jointly.

Practical tools are presented and practiced during the seminar. We explore ways of working with different modalities and future perspectives.

This is a half day or a full day seminar depending on your needs. It is of interest to managers and teams as well as to supervisors, therapists and coaches.

The Solution Focus approach

What is the Solution Focus approach about, and how can it be used? With a mix of presentation, story telling and practical excercises this semínar introduces Solution Focus and its areas of application.

The seminar offers an opportunity to get new perspectives on individual as well as organizational work and is targeted to a wide range of participants.

Working with metaphors

Our language is full of metaphors. Examining and developing commonly shared metaphors, as well as creating and exploring new ones, enables individuals and groups to step out of the box and discover things they did not know they knew!

This innovative seminar offers the participants a chance to engage both sides of their brains and to see their work and relations from a new perspective.
