We supervise groups and facilitate workshops and team meetings as part of change processes. Our competence is keeping the work brief, constructive and forward looking. We provide the tools and framework. The topics vary according to your needs.
Previous to the first group meeting we like to make preceding interviews with participants regarding their expectations and needs. In this way we can ensure that the event will be useful and meaningful.
We also make sure to follow up supervision and workshops with post-interviews to ease the integration of your results further.
Conferences with large groups
We facilitate events for large groups. The format is alternating between discussions and generating ideas in smaller groups. We establish a common ground for the participants, as well as individual commitment.
Participation is essential for all members in an organization, in order to successfully manage change process. Working in large groups is one way to get "all the way in", engaging individuals and making use of their competencies. We design the programme together with you and according to your needs.
